Late post, sharing session on “How Managing Your Talent” at Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pimpinan Utama PT Pegadaian, LM-FEB UI Dec 2017.
I started with the provocative question to all leaders “who are accountable for People Management??” Most of them said that HR Department is accountable for People Management. But, the right answer is “All MANAGERS, starting with CEO are accountable for People Management”. So, all managers are becoming HR manager.

As Jim Collins said,  we have to aware on how managing your people  “People are not your most important assets, the RIGHT people are”.

During class discussion,  I also learned a lot from their leaders on how  PT Pegadaian doing business transformation to maintain their growth in the tough competition.
